*ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.* If you are unsure of your availability, please refrain from booking until you are absolutely certain you are available on the day and time you wish to book. Deposits are non-refundable nor transferable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, the deposit you paid when booking your initial appointment will not be returned and cannot be applied towards a new appointment. If you have made a scheduling error, please contact the Lash King Studio within 24 hours of booking your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. •RESCHEDULING Appointments may be rescheduled no less than 48 hours in advance. Appointments rescheduled with less than a 48-hour notice will be subject to a half charge equal to 50% of the service total. Appointments rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service total. •CANCELLATION Appointments may be canceled no less than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice will be subject to a half charge equal to 50% of the service total. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service total. •NO CALL, NO SHOW Should you not be able to make your appointment, please notify the Lash King Studio as soon as possible. In the event that you miss your appointment or "No Call, No show", you will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service total and may be banned from scheduling.
